General Policies
Payments: We accept all major credit cards, purchase orders from established companies and institutions, checks drawn on a US-Dollar account, and wire transfers (additional fees apply). Product Delivery: All software is delivered electronically via e-mail and/or download. No disks, CD-ROMs or other physical goods can be shipped. Refunds: All of our software can be tried w/out an obligation to purchase, usually for a period of 20-30 days, and all sales should be considered final.
